Horrible customer service! I just called to ask questions on how to register my new vehicle. The lady who answered was very rude and condescending right from the start! All I asked was what do I do if I can’t get my title within the 7 day time period that they give to register your vehicle. The next thing I know, a man gets on the phone swearing at me. How unprofessional! I will never recommend this place. I was very nice and calm and did not deserve that!
Business response:
There’s some flaws to that story because there is no seven day period in the state of Connecticut to receive a title. You either have the title to register the vehicle or you cannot register the vehicle unless it’s over 20 years old. Secondly we don’t swear at customers, We terminate conversations if a customer becomes combative but we do not swear at customers. I stopped in for an emergency yesterday morning, my car was heavily leaking oil and my normal garage was closed. I asked if they could address it quickly as I had to be at work. Even though it was extremely busy and they had a full schedule they juggled some things and were able to take care of the issue for me within an hour. Friendly and courteous service as well. Recommended!

Nate and team over at Checkered Flag Auto Center are some of the most professional, wonderful people in the business. Their work is impeccable, their prices are very reasonable and they made what could have been a very stressful day, easy and painless. They have a great Business Lounge, with free Wi-Fi, that allowed me to remain connected and productive. Can't say enough about this place. Great locally owned family business.
