No show during business hours! What a waste of fuel and time!
Well where do I start? We dropped our boat off June 4 because it was recommended by a previous customer. They told us they were two weeks out before they would get to it. Let’s see it’s 7 weeks later and still NO boat!!!! I talked to the lady at one point and she told me they were getting into it and they would call. One week later still nothing so we go up there and they had not even started on the boat. Again a week later and finally they call say what’s wrong with it and it would take 2-3 days to fix. One unsatisfied customer! Don't ever do business with Checker Marine Services in Laselle Mi. Spoke with Jonah and he said he would get back with us on a boat and he said we had first dibs. Waited all day and no response, finally got ahold of him and he took a deposit on the boat. Wow! Great first time customer service!
What a goldmine! Staff was knowledgeable & helpful as hell. Our visit was today’s highlight.
