I work for checkers & yes they are very rude. At times I wonder if there is a owner. I say clean house. Fire all old, in with the new.

This is the worst cab company ive ever delt with. They are very rude on the phone, hang up on you and never put your orders through. They have u waiting for hours and hours and never show up. Somebody should make this a relable service seriously.

Theft – Two weeks ago my client and his date hailed a cab at the Joe Louis Arena following a Monday Wings game. A ride to Bookies on Columbia and Cass was the order. The driver, of Arab descent was on the phone asking for directions and got lost.!!!!!!!!!!! He then charged $11. That is always a $5 ride plus tip. That driver is being sought. Sure hope he no longer cruises the Joe after games. He will be confronted. Checker needs to monitor its drivers. That type of hi jackng will not be tolerated.
