Devin and John have the best customer service. If you need a loan, cash a check or reload your net spend prepaid card Go see them, very helpful and friendly.
Great customer service. Understanding if one can't make payments as long as you keep them in the loop. They will work with you and see what they can do to help you out.
The service is nice but the guy is way too slow and talks way too much, I sat there waiting for so long while he told the guy he was helping a long story. I don’t mind if people chit chat but keep moving your hands keep working while you talk. It’s inconvenient for us as customers when your employee is talking too much.
