1911 magazines came quicker that I thought. Order was accurate with nothing missing. Took the magazines to the range today for function and they passed! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks again Check-Mate!
Backordered since 10/17. No response from CS. They did take my money though.
They are complicit with infringing 2A rights. Will not ship 15 round magazines to NJ when the law allows 15 round magazines. Update: After posting my first comment abd working with Checkmate, the Web ordering issue was worked out, my order processed and shipped next day. I will receive the package tomorrow abd be able to actually rate the product, but customer service has been first rate.
The BEST M1A/M14 magazines on the market...Period!!! You do have to wait a month or so for delivery, but it so worth the wait. Awesome Products at a good price.
After two weeks my order is still only "confirmed". this is not a big problem, but I guess I checked too often, so they blocked me out! I suppose I'll call tomorrow. They were nice on the phone previously. This is a hassle!

Poor customer service. Have been waiting for over a month and a half for two magazines. I am the president of a local m1a club and this was suppose to be a test run for a much larger order. My login does not work, after I told it would be fixed. Every time I call, the person I need to talk to is not in the building ( I am sure he is) and I am promised a call back which never happens. I am not the only person to have this kind of difficulty. They really need to shape up.
Unfortunately,I have had a very poor experience trying to get an order processed. I contacted the company repeatedly over a month-plus timeframe, both by phone and email, with absolutely no luck. Now I'm just hoping that the cancellation email I just sent for my order actually gets looked at, since I never received any responses. I hate leaving poor reviews, but this time it was rated.
