Went to this location to cash a paycheck and was told they couldn't cash the check because they could not verify the check after even calling the job to get verification. I personally think race had a impact on the associate decision on not choosing the cash the check. My manager stated he verified the check and the associate made it seem like everything was okay only for my employees to come back saying she would not cash the paycheck.

Been coming here for over a year and Everytime I come in I have something new to do just to cash my check. Supposed to be fast and easy
