Worst loan experience ever! Deposited my check a day early costing me an overdraft fee and then Kim, the manager, hung up on me when I called to complain and try to get them to refund my of fee. Completely unprofessional!
I work in the RV industry. My hours began to get cut short and I had to take out a loan for the first time ever. Shortly after, I was laid off. I had to call and ask for an extension and they were happy to extend me the extra time without any issues. I appreciate them because that was a hard time for me. Great customer service.
Unless you absolutely have to use their services then don't. The interest rate is so much that a loan shark would be cheaper.
