Great place to work
Shelley and her team have been amazing! My vacation rentals consistently get 5-star guest kudos for cleanliness and they are always turned over on time! I've had one or two private comments about VERY MINOR issues; Shelley has always taken care of them right away and they've never been mentioned by subsequent guests. My cleaner did not show up to service my vacation Cabin and I had a guest arriving in 2 hours. I called Check In Ready in desperate hope they could help me. They took my call, heard my needs and sent their cleaners to take care of my cabin . The cabin was clean and ready for my guests when they arrived.
