We just loved Dr John. Some of the office staff comes across as brisk and unfriendly, but the professionalism, and personal care we received from Dr. John far outweighed it. (And I've left many medical practices because of the office staff.) Dr. John always knew us by name when we walked in (even if it was an unexpected visit) and corrected several issues with our vision created from other eye doctors. We were sad to have to find a new doctor when we left the area.
NEVER & I mean NEVER goto "Check Eye Group" in belle vernon. Dr. Cicchini. OMG! I have never been treated so rudly in my life. They are completely incompetent, rude, ignorant, unprofessional, unwilling to help their patients. The doctor actually yelled at me on the phone & hung up on me! PLEASE PASS THIS ALONG....NOONE SHOULD GO THERE & BE TREATED BADLY.
