As their former landlord for this location, I can testify that they fell several months behind on rent with no willingness to pay a penalty. The Franco family leaves much to be desired.
Manager is unwilling to offer customer service in a polite manner. Saying no can be tough, especially when feelings (no matter how absurd) are always real to the customer, however a business pays its employees for a reason, and that reason should never be to give attitude.
