If I could, I would put no stars I went to cash a check and the lady that was taking care of me, couldn’t cash my check because I had already signed the check that was made to my name. And I was giving a legit nevada driver license. Learn from this from now on, you have to sign the checks in front of them because that makes it yours, not that it is under your name and you giving an ID proving that is your check. Bad service!!! Don’t visit them…
Ventivia was super helpful and knowledgeable. With rent due and struggling to keep the lights. Ventivia was able to help me put these problems In check. We cashed my paystub. Got paid. Then I was able to feed my family. Thank you so much check city!
