Terrible customer service! I wasted time coming to this place! The lady told me she couldn’t cash my check because I haven’t been there in a while so she could only deposit it. Deposit it where? Mind you I had 2 forms of ID so what was the real issue? I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
I tried to cash a check and I was told that they couldn’t accept it because I had already signed the back. I was actually about to ask the young lady if I could borrow a pen to sign the back of the check. She made an assumption instead of following any type of protocol. I went to Walmart and had no issues. Stay away from this business if you’re African American!
