Worst dealership ever. Ali is the most dis loyal person I’ve ever met. I bought a car from him cash and the rear end differential was bad. So I took it back to get a even exchange 2 days later. If you like car dealerships that bust holes in concrete into residential backyards and and pressure wash dogs in the face then this is the car lot for you! I mean, having 3.2 out of 5 stars is pretty good right?
Had to purchase car online due to distance. They failed to report: *Exhaust leak *Car had previously been flooded (massive water damage) *Turn signals do not work *Check engine light was on (Ali lied to me and said it wasn't) * dings and scratches on the car (description said car was free of all visibile dings) Overall, the car was listed in good condition, and I noticed some flaws that I brought up, and forced them to address, however they hid most of the flaws. Dishonest dealer. Purposely did not disclose water, mold, and electrical issues with vehicle purchased online. Avoid at all costs Dishonest. Would not trust. Update: filling claim against their surety carrier. Also filled a complaint with FLA Dept of MV. Recieved car, holes drilled in exhaust pipes due to plugged catalytic converters. Was told both had just been replaced prior to purchase. Ozteke is not someone I would recommend buying a vehicle from.
