I booked my appointment via text and the owner was detailed and very responsive.They have all color choices available. I had an appointment for 8a, started around 8:30. I didn’t leave until 4p but my small butt length knotless braids are so beautiful! The parts are so neat and I keep getting so many compliments on my hair. All the clients hair turned out so neat. They take their time and are very talented and polite. I’ll definitely be back for more braids.

The owner of this shop is so rude and unprofessional I am really in shock. As a business owner, I would never ever treat my customers the way she treated me . I found her shop on tiktok. I reached out to her thru text to find out about the price for medium-sized knotless braids. She sent me over her price list. Unorganized . I originally had my hair APPOINTMENT AT 1 then they called me to reschedule to 2pm bc they were behind so I said okay. when I got there at 1:56 there were 3 people already inside waiting she got one person in the chair the time was now 2:30 then she got another person in a chair which was now 2:35 when i got in the chair at 2:45 someone came and said hi she parted my hair and then left to do someone else’s hair and had me waiting another 10 minutes i said okay 10 minutes passed and I got on the chair and left .... read more
