Very professional, extra effort to ensure our new system was working properly.
The seller had this company install a new unit on our home last year. Last winter the heat would not work. It took several days for them to come back out and service a machine that wasn’t even 6 months old. Then the owner complained that my boyfriend did not correctly diagnose the unit for him over the phone and blamed the issue on his workers instead of taking responsibility for not supervising the job.
