I had called 911 back in December 2024 for what I thought was a heart attack. I’m a heart patient so I of course was scared. I sat on the phone with 911 for 10 minutes while Medic 1 took their dear sweet time. They didn’t run Emergency Traffic to my call like they should have. I was crying in pain for 10+ minutes because of negligence. They took great care of me AFTER they got me in the ambulance to then run Non emergent to Vanderbilt. Why are you people stationed here when your constantly rushing towards Nashville or to the Cheatham rehab?? How about relocating closer in between the rehab and Nashville!?
