I had to call for non emergency ambulance transport. I was by myself . My mom lethargic. Unable to walk on her own. I could not transport alone. The EMTS arrived quickly . Very courteous and gentle with my mom. Very much appreciated for a safe transport when you are all alone. Ive never had to call before and I hope I never have to again but as a life long resident of Cheatham County Im grateful for you . Thank you so much!
I had called 911 back in December 2024 for what I thought was a heart attack. I’m a heart patient so I of course was scared. I sat on the phone with 911 for 10 minutes while Medic 1 took their dear sweet time. They didn’t run Emergency Traffic to my call like they should have. I was crying in pain for 10+ minutes because of negligence. They took great care of me AFTER they got me in the ambulance to then run Non emergent to Vanderbilt.
