They allowed someone to puncture the tires of an active duty military man by failing to properly protect their facility, and refused to compensate the owner because he didn't pay for additional insurance. Any facility charging for storage should be properly protected. They have video cameras but told the customer it would take them too much time to review them. Imagine if the same lack of protection that they apply to a soldier's car was the same lack of protection that the soldier applied to protecting our lives? Shame on C... read more
