I just want to thank John and everyone that helped me today at Cheaps today. So happy with my purchase. If anyone needs a vehicle I highly recommend going to cheaps and asking for John.
Horrible experience. Drove over 2 hours to look at a vehicle that they claim was in “excellent” condition, went through a 172 point inspection and we got there and the vehicle was completely beat up. Red paint on a white car, damage on every corner, damage to the bumper and clearly had multiple accidents. Before we were even given the chance to see the vehicle the salesman was already trying to beat my financing. Total waste of 4 hours drive time and 30 minutes doing a useless questionnaire on a vehicle that’s a dump.
Amazing staff! If you’re looking for a car I recommend asking for Ace! He helped put my mother in a vehicle and we were treated with the utmost respect! All the staff is amazing!!! Very satisfied! 5 stars all the way!
