We loved shopping at Cheap's. They definitely have the lowest pricest around! Our salesman was Tim and he made sure we got every incentive we were eligible for. And we are absolutely in love with our new 2017 Silverado LTZ! The next time we buy a new vehicle will definitely be from Cheap's!
Recently purchased a 2013 Denali HD duramax 54877 miles on it from these guys. 13 days later and less than 600 miles added to my truck its sitting on the side of the road in need of engine work. $10,000 + to fix. When you just gave 40k for this vehicle. So i Contacted the dealership and they said their hands are tied. And its my problem now. Very very bad business. Will definitely have a lawyer involved with this.
Unbelievable service! My husband and me (7 months pregnant) with our 2 toddler children drove from Ohio to Kentucky to purchase a minivan at another dealership nearby. They completely disappointed us! Tired and heartbroken but not wanting to return back to Ohio without a minivan, I searched on my phone and found Cheap Chevrolet. It was a pleasure dealing with Joe and the rest of the Cheap's crew. On two different occasions they made their selves available after store hours to meet my wife and I. Upon purchasing our new Malibu, Joe spent a good deal of time explaining and demonstrating the features of the vehicle. He has also followed up twice to make sure we have no concerns. Excellent customer service will make it unnecessary to shop anywhere else for future purchases.

We purchased a GMC Acadia earlier this week and everyone was great to work with! We didn't feel pressured and we couldn't resist the deal. We told them our ideal monthly payment range and they were able to get it exactly in the middle of the range in which we felt comfortable. Great experience overall and we are loving the vehicle so far!
My husband and I went on Black Friday (drove about 3 hours to get to get to Cheap's). We had scheduled an appointment and arrived about 30 minutes early for our time. We sat and waited for a VERY long time to make a deal because our salesman was working with us and another couple at the same time. I didn't notice other salesmen available to help in any way. I made a very long drive from Tn and purchased a 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 4x4 . I signed the contract papers at closing and left heading home . At my first stop about 30 miles from the dealership it started giving me trouble . I contacted them about the problem and after giving me several days of run around and excuses they refused to fix the problem. I will never do business with them again and will do my best to tell everyone about their terrible service.
