A totally dishonest company to deal with. I booked a Canadian airline inside Canada flying to a Canadian city and they charged me USD currency. Unbelievable. And it had no mention of this until I submitted my payment and I noticed it in the flight summary. I canceled right away and it was supposed to be fully refundable. Supposed to be no such honesty again. They want 50 USD for their troubles. STAY AWAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM OR THEY WILL BURN YOU
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I accidentally booked through them because I thought it was the airline website. Shame on me for not paying attention to the details, but they are predatory. When I called to cancel within three hours of booking, they said a $50 fee would be charged because I hadn't purchased trip insurance. By law, airlines have to allow you to cancel within 24 hours, but since they are a "travel company" they can get around that.
Extremely bad company to book thru my intermarry kept changing, and they kept emailing me even though it was about 3 months out will this is the week of my trip so i emailed back and confirmed as per their request We have been advised by the airlines about the schedule change in your flight (s). WARNING!!!!!!!! DO NOT GIVE AWAY CREDIT CARD INFO UNLESS YOU HAVE READ ALL SMALL PRINTS!!!! Had a $75 fee as well for scheduling change done by the airline like so many other customers (see below). The extra fee was charged because the airline changed the departure schedule for a few hours. Shady practice. We had to cancel due to the war that erupted in our destination region unexpectedly. It was a nightmare to deal with them and so many phone calls, very hard to understand them or get them to listen. they charge high fees and they blame it on the airlines.
