Most arrogant customer service people just because they got your credit card number they charge you for anything on top of ticket price and if you ask the reason it's on small print of your ticket don't buy anything from these people good way to con people
The bad reviews you see on their website are totally accurate. They are neither cheap nor fair. They merely interpose themselves between the customer and the airline and act as if they are managing the flight in the ticket holder's interests, while adding on fees for doing nothing of substance.
Worst company to work with. Pls don’t fall prey to their shady tactics, I booked a ticket for my family for a family vacation a ticket that is worth $1400, after booking the ticket the company sent an email that the card was declined, a few days after this crazy people went recharged my card and it went through but I already got another ticket from another company. Do not book anything on this website Cheap Fare Guru is the worst of the worst, i try to book a flight and after i realized that you only allowed a one bag on international flight i called customer services and i told them my situation, they promise me they will cancel it, and they will send me an e-mail, waited for the email confirmation that the reservation was cancelled, haven't receive anything after a month i received my credit card statement and they were a charge for $75.00 for cancellation Fee. so i called them back ... read more
A totally dishonest company to deal with. I booked a Canadian airline inside Canada flying to a Canadian city and they charged me USD currency. Unbelievable. And it had no mention of this until I submitted my payment and I noticed it in the flight summary. I canceled right away and it was supposed to be fully refundable. Supposed to be no such honesty again. They want 50 USD for their troubles. STAY AWAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM OR THEY WILL BURN YOU
