Horrible experience the guy behind the counter BROKE my ray bands and then tried to sell me a replacement. Sir you BROKE my glasses YOU replace it. The doctor was very nice but the guy behind the counter refused to give me my prescription as i was going to warby parker instead

This place is the worse! They are theives. They pretend they are helping you but in reality the are stealing your insurance benefits. I went there glasses waited 4 wks for my glasses, everything was I call you back and they never did. I finally showered up and my glasses were in a tray full of dust and nothing was done to then. I couldn't see anything and of course it was because they were not process. Now trying for them to reverse the payment back to the insurance is been a war! They claim they don't have the glasses!
