Buyer Beware When I entered this store, the overbearing saleswoman (dark hair and middle aged) immediately showed me a few pairs of the most (literally) expensive eyeglasses in the store. She then began calculating the cost of the glasses (totaling nearly $600 for one pair) before I had even agreed to settling on them. #1 customer service in response to the above person who was not happy: i'm sorry to hear that u had a bad experience. i know what u r talking about. i had a similar experience when i went there a few months ago. i did make a complaint to their managers and when i came back (2 weeks ago) i found that they had all new staff who were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. they were apologetic about my prior experience and more than made up for it this time. usually i dont give businesses a second chance but i am glad i did ... read more
Thank you, Jan and Cliff December 2010 I went in to have a pair of glasses fixed. Jan and Cliff took every which way to fix them. They did not rush me out because I had originally purchased my glasses elsewhere. Due to their patience and wonderful customer service I decided to purchase a new pair. Their professionalism was without reproach. And I love the glasses! With that in mind I returned to the store and purchased two more pair. Old time customer service is alive and well at Cheaper Peepers. Thank you, Jan and Cliff!
Screwed over Make this place your LAST stop. Unsatisfactory shopping experience. The skill of person making the glasses is questionable. If you must shop here look at the lenses to make sure they fit in the frame correctly, check the nosepiece, and if you're dissatisifed don't settle for the "Oh, that'll take a sec' to fix." Can't say it enough, "Shop elsewhere."
