Just Do It! – Wow! This was the best time we have ever had. everything from the hotel grounds to the staff, to the food, and the tours was top notch. My hats off to our Olympus tour booking agent, she is a gem. She was excellent in helping guide us to the tours that fit us, as well as her knowledge and great friendly attitude. Buyer Beware (Similar to Bait and switch) – Nothing all inclusive about our all inclusive vacation. Extra charge for bottled water, shrimp, steak, lobster, premium liquors, beach towels even had to rent a lock from them for our room safe plus a deposit for the safe lock and beach towels. Cheapcaribbean could not even reach the hotel personnel (front Desk) had to use my cell phone at an extra charge of $30.00 to me for them to talk to the hotel and not resolve anything about a superior room to which did not come with a king s... read more

Incredible stay in Punta Cana with CheapCaribbean – Family and I just got back from a hotel called Majestic Elegance which is located on Punta Cana beach. My wife found the deal on Travel Zoo, and we were hesitant since we had not heard of this company before. But, they did have the best price and were offering a free room upgrade. We arrived at the aiport in Punta Cana and there was a sign with our name on, and a van waiting for us. We had to stop at one other hotel, but, got to Majestic within 40 mins. Anniversary Gift – Amazing – I’m a pilot for a major airline so when it comes to jumping on a plane for a vacation I do need to give it a second thought. Best of the Best – My wife and I booked a trip to Mexico with Cheap Caribbean, and I am so glad we did. Was a prisoner in Mexcio – Made reservations in March 2009 for June 10- 17 2009 with cheapcaribbean to stay at the Windham Maya,Mx. Called to confirm everything was still conformed on June 8th.I paid cash for this trip.My husband having surgery for cancer when we would get back; we just wanted to relax. At airport taxi took us to Windham Maya which had been closed for One Month and was Still Closed.
