They were fast - helpful and the product exactly as beautiful as I had hoped -- highly recommend this company.
The spindles we received were a very nice quality. The shipping was prompt. The discount they provided me for my order was an awesome bonus. They shorted my order by 1 pc. I didnt discover it until I did the install. I sent an email, they responded in less than 7 hours, with an apology and tracking number rushing the last pc to complete my staircase. I will order from them again!
I was wanting to redo our stairs myself and came across cheapstairs.com... the website was easy to navigate and once i had my cart ready based on my measurements i called and the customer service was great. order arrived early and the red oak looks great ( ready to stain ). Price was excellent. Great experience.

Parts are high quality and priced well. I accidentally ordered one part of the wrong design and had to order an additional piece to finish. Be careful and order right the first time. Shipping was exepensive. I used General finishes Java gel stain and armor seal. If I had to do it again I would use General finishes chocolate milk paint as it dries quicker. Takes time due to materials dying but worth it. I secured my baulsters with hot glue.
