Customer service was outstanding. They held my order until I was ready to drive to the US from Canada to pick it up at a depot in Port Huron. The price was about half of what I would’ve had to pay for the same parts here in Canada. Communication was excellent with my responses received each time within 24 hours. Quality of the product is fantastic too. We love the look of our new staircase.
There was a shortage of the parts we chose. We had to change our design and they worked with me to insure we had everything we needed! They were patient and courtesy.

We replaced our honey oak balusters with wrought iron ones purchased from Cheap Stair Parts. We were able to get our products shipped for free due to the project cost being roughly $1200 (they ship for free over $999), and the shipment arrived within a week. We ordered 4 different types of baluster designs and each was individually wrapped and packaged in easily identifiable cartons. Quality product. I updated my staircase by replacing wood spindles with wrought iron and it looks beautiful! The hollow spindles are lightweight and easy to cut to size but still feel durable and sturdy. I have received numerous compliments from family and friends.
I redid a staircase in a home I was selling in October of 2016. The staircase came out absolutely fantastic. Cheap Stair Parts has a great website, and they made it easy to order what I needed. The parts came quickly and everything was exactly like the pictures
I purchased an epoxy glue gun and glue sticks (over $60) from this vendor in order to begin replacing my wooden stair spindles with iron balusters. I paid for 3-5 shipping. The product arrived 12 days later which delayed my project significantly. My order was missing a set of glue sticks and the gun was inoperable. I had to purchase epoxy glue from Lowes in order to begin the project. I will be requesting a refund from this vendor.

I do apologize for the late shipping! The holidays are extremely busy for us. I see that the pre-paid label we issued made it back and the full refund was processed today. The gun you sent back is in fact 100% completely operable, and covered in glue. Not sure what went down with the glue but I do apologize you had issues using it.
