Very informative technician, I had a bigger problem then snaking out a drain pipe so he contacted the owner who then took over the job. 80/90 year old galvanized pipe that rotted from the inside out, Owner went out of his way on a Sunday replacing rotting drain pipe. Talk about quality service. Two thumbs up

I called for information and didn't even use them due to how curt and rude they were on the phone before even getting my business. It seems that some businesses think that you don't even have the right to shop around and not just accept their prices without question. I'm pretty tired of the lack of appreciation of customers and price gouging that goes on in the trades!
