He claims to be a wholesaler with properties locked up, but he had zero real information, couldn't get us in the house, and never even had the contact info for the person with the actual contract. On top of all that, he was rude and super pushy, trying to make us sign without ever seeing the place. Definitely not worth the risk or the headache
