Absolutely terrible experience with this cleaning company. They demand payment upfront before even starting, constantly bragging about it and pressuring you to pay via PayID or cash. They act as if you’re working for them, trying to make you do the work while they barely lift a finger. The cleaning itself is extremely poor — mops are filthy, and instead of cleaning, they often make things dirtier. BEWARE! Highly likely this company just won't show up, won't call, and when you call, they will give some excuse that you just know is a lie. Then they will give you an "oh well" type attitude. I cannot stress enough just how much everyone should avoid this company. Horrible
Booked a time and date for them to attend my eldery mother's unit in Sydney to deal with wet carpet due to washing machine failure..... they never turned up or called, my mother sat at home all day waiting and missed a doctors appointment... very poor effort and very poor way to treat an elderly lady.... avoid this company
My couch was worse than it was before they cleaned it and it remained wet for 3 days after that. The company would not refund or come back to fix it.
