This place has treated me so rudely. They get rude when you try to reschedule, they get rude when you're late even if they were late first, they made me wait in my car for 20 minutes with no AC, 32 weeks pregnant in the summer because they scheduled me to be there early when they weren't even there, the doors were locked, they were at lunch. Then got rude with me for being a little late on my way back because I went to jacks while I was waiting. no matter what they are rude. and if you get rude back they threaten not to let ... read more
I absolutely love Dr Johannson!! He took time to talk to me and explain what we were discussing. Everyone that works there is nice and helpful. So glad I found him!!
Outstanding practice! Dr. J is one of the most honest doctors I have seen. Great personality and he really cares about his patients. His STAFF is AMAZING! They will answer any/all questions you have or find an answer for you. I had a medical concern and Jessica, at his front desk, listened to me, talked to the nurse and Dr. J and I had an answer within 24hours. I always feel like I am being listened to and not just a number. That matters. I would give this team a 20/10.
