Puppy and Parvo As a person who has had cats and or dogs most of my life, I have never encounted a case of parvo until 2 weeks ago. I am battling breast cancer and had gotten behind on the shots for the puppy that I kept. Great vet. Cheaha Animal Hospital offers state of the art lab for rapid diagnostics. Dr.Simpkins is a very professional christian man. You can depend on him to do what is right and not take advantage of you.
Kind man Dr. Hendley is a gentle man and takes his time explaining everything. He not only cares about the animal but the owners also. He does not push anything down your throat and is a very sincere man. I am very thankful to have him as our vet.
Thanks to the staff This is not only a review but also a thank you to the entire staff of Cheaha Animal Hospital. On June 21st I brought my 10 year old German Shepherd Harley (former champion show dog/now retired) to the office to be checked due to after she had lost her full winter coat I noticed her belly area was very large and stuck out more so on her left side. Experienced Doctors Dr. Hendley took my Rottie from birth, and saved his life with his experienced diagnosis that was missed by another Vet. prior to my adopting him. I trust Dr. Hendley's judgement.
