I told Brandon I was having my car towed there. THE TRUCK GUY IS AT MY HOUSE. I called Cheatles and talked to Brandon again and told I had gotten ripped off before and would seek a second option he said "oh that's find it won't hurt my feelings" The tow truck arrived and Brandon told them said the driver " I do not want that car on my property" This tells me they going to try and up the charges and work that would done! Had my vehicle towed on Monday and it was finished by Tuesday, head gaskets and alternator. Done to perfection, many thanks to Cheadles Automotive you are the best!!

This place is out to screw people and get more money from them i took a car in a few months ago that I had already done spark plugs on and coil packs but car started to misfire again so I'm thinking fuel injectors which i don't have the time to replace so I take it to them pay them 100 to run diagnostics on it which was fine the next day they called me twice and I didn't answer because I was asleep for work as I work second shift so I call them when I get up they have taken it upon themselves to change my spark plugs that fo... read more

These guys are awesome! We were driving from Indiana to West Virginia when the radiator sprung a leak and the vehicle started to overheat. We went to 3 garages before someone could get us in. Cheadles automotive staff were so helpful and friendly! They were already overbooked and still got the part ordered, delivered, and repaired the vehicle. We were back on the road in no time. I can’t thank them enough!
