Amazing experience. I am purchasing a car up there from out of state and Brandon made it so easy and convenient for an inspection. If you or anybody need something done for your vehicle you can’t go wrong going with this shop.
I would absolutely recommend them for anything. I bought a car off of Facebook marketplace (rookie mistake since I’ve had troubles with all three cars from there) but after figuring out I couldn’t fix this problem on my own I talked to Brandon and he said he’d fix it for me. I told Brandon I was having my car towed there. THE TRUCK GUY IS AT MY HOUSE. I called Cheatles and talked to Brandon again and told I had gotten ripped off before and would seek a second option he said "oh that's find it won't hurt my feelings" The tow truck arrived and Brandon told them said the driver " I do not want that car on my property" This tells me they going to try and up the charges and work that would done! I was broke down in town and they got me in on short notice. They got me back on the road that evening. Saved me from getting a rental car. Really good honest shop with quality work. A+++
This garage went above and beyond for me. I called them, stranded with a dead starter, over 300 miles away from home. Every other garage was booked up for two weeks. So was Cheadles but the owner worked me in so I could get back on the road! Super professional, went over my entire engine while we waited for parts, recommended some different services, and made me feel so safe when I finally got back on the road! I cannot recommend this shop enough.
