I would absolutely recommend them for anything. I bought a car off of Facebook marketplace (rookie mistake since I’ve had troubles with all three cars from there) but after figuring out I couldn’t fix this problem on my own I talked to Brandon and he said he’d fix it for me. I told Brandon I was having my car towed there. THE TRUCK GUY IS AT MY HOUSE. I called Cheatles and talked to Brandon again and told I had gotten ripped off before and would seek a second option he said "oh that's find it won't hurt my feelings" The tow truck arrived and Brandon told them said the driver " I do not want that car on my property" This tells me they going to try and up the charges and work that would done! These guys are awesome! We were driving from Indiana to West Virginia when the radiator sprung a leak and the vehicle started to overheat. We went to 3 garages before someone could get us in. Cheadles automotive staff were so helpful and friendly! They were already overbooked and still got the part ordered, delivered, and repaired the vehicle. We were back on the road in no time. I can’t thank them enough!
This is a photo of one of the brake pads that Tansky/Kevins Service in Logan called "half life" when they sent me on my way. They claimed the only grinding I could be hearing must be coming from my EXHAUST (lol). Thank God I came across Cheadles Automotive when searching for a second opinion. These guys had my car fixed and ready for pickup within hours of me dropping it off, and even helped me explore a few other concerns I had about the vehicle.
