When I called to make an appointment I was told I had to wait amonth for them to call and take my insurance information , and then after that appointment was made , they would then make the appointment for my examination which then wouldn't have been until another month later. When I arrived the address was wrong, They ask that you arrive 30 minutes before your appointment.I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment , but was not seen until 15 minutes after the time my appointment was actually made for.
