Their phone systems have never worked, could never get a prescription refilled without emailing my doctor directly and then he left. The new one threw a fit over having to tell a nurse to fill out a prior authorization and said they require me to have no medication and lapse in the doses before they'd even consider doing it. This agency is extremely poorly ran, and before you decide to utilize them for housing a disabled family member you should consider this review. While I believe the staff at the CHD home my sister is housed with is great and does a good job, this agency over all is terribly managed and greedy at best. We were sent a letter saying my sisters cost of care was going to increase due to her getting a disability benefits increase when my father died. Please don't put your children in danger - especially if they are referred to the Mass Ave. program. The staff likes to blame everything on the parents even though it's clearly a staffing issue. There's a lack of professionalism throughout this company and it shows. We're now back at square one with my family member and years of work was undone in just 11 days in their care. STAY AWAY.
