My doctor
I visited the Kenmoor location on July 9, 2025. While in the waiting area just outside of the lab entrance, a torrent of VERY loud and obnoxious music was emanating from the blood collection room. This unpleasant situation continued for quite some time. Considering the health circumstances of most elderly patients present in this waiting area, I believe it to be inappropriate that they must be subjected to such an unprofessional auditory assault while awaiting medical care. My wife & I checked in today filled out the questionnaire forms health history before her iron infusions. We didn't get a consent form to sign for the treatment. Nor did anyone go over her chart with her. No one checked on her. I'm guessing it's because we're African American. The room next to us got all of what I mentioned above. Very sad
