My wife & I checked in today filled out the questionnaire forms health history before her iron infusions. We didn't get a consent form to sign for the treatment. Nor did anyone go over her chart with her. No one checked on her. I'm guessing it's because we're African American. The room next to us got all of what I mentioned above. Very sad
I received my first ever infusion here and the staff was spectacular. I have extreme anxiety and needed to stop the treatment for a moment while thinking I was having a negative reaction. She was so kind and patient with me while talking me down. We slowed the rate of the infusion to reduce any negative effects and I was able to finish the full treatment. Very thankful for the compassion I received today!!
