“I believe the clinic could improve by ensuring patients see the same doctor at each visit. Seeing different doctors each time can be confusing for both children and parents, especially when each doctor may provide different opinions or guidance. Consistency in care would help build trust, improve communication, and make it easier for families to follow medical advice.”

Unprofessional, rude and judgmental staff. If they make a mistake that weren’t made aware you’ll have to reach out yourself and go through a long painful process to fix it or else it’s just going to be left there until you’re told to suck it up and wait more. Terrible service in general, don’t go here.

The clinic scheduled my first born an appointment on 1/05/2024 on a Friday at 6:20pm. Came out rushing from work to bring my daughter to her appointment and of course, the clinic had closed at 5pm. I just want to know why would you schedule me an appointment after hours? Not only that but they have rescheduled my 10 month old’s 9month appointment, three times. On the third time, they didn’t bother to reschedule. They simply told me, call us back to reschedule a time. Thanks guys

My son's face has been swollen for 3 days and we needed to make a decision quickly. We decided to take him here and was seen immediately. The place is clean and colorful. On this particular Saturday they were severly understaffed and Jazmine was holding the entire fort DOWN! We as a family are thankful for the commitment from the staff! We understand in post Covid America staff can get sick. The customer service made the entire experience more enjoyable for us.
