Quite honestly no. They support staff with poor behavior particularly Ken Langill. Ken langill felt it was his responsibility to call a complete stranger a pussy and several other things due to a situation he knew absolutely nothing about. A business who does not support kindness and honesty but rather promotes rudeness, immaturity, and overall shady business practices. RecommendedI knew Charlie from elementary school,he helped me out huge today.Found a bumper to match my rear bumper for my 2000 gmc sierra,mine was pelted with rust.Tried getting a Inspection sticker and failed.I was going to buy a new one ,and have them put it in for me,but he found one in his shop! Great job repairing a few dents on the door of my 2018 Honda Pilot. Repaired and matched paint perfectly at a reasonable cost and took less than 4 workdays.
Seriously, THE MOST amazing experience I've ever had with an auto body shop! I dropped my car off on a Wednesday to have the bumper replaced, and severe chipping paint on the hood repaired. It was done in 2 days! They even detailed the inside and washed the tire rims for no additional charge. My car looks like new! That's awesome, A+ customer service in my book! They're all so pleasant and super helpful to top it off. And, as if things couldn't possibly get any better, they even brought my car to me since I had no way to pic... read more
