You don't need to look anywhere else—Chaz is the most knowledgeable person I've met on the island, hands down. He answered his phone Thursday night at dinner and still had listings in my inbox before he went to bed. He's followed up every single time, no exceptions. No excuses, period. The man is relentless in the best way. It didn't work out this time around, but I fully plan to use him in the near future when do buy down there.

Chaz Holden recently assisted our family to purchase a condo on HHI. He worked hard to keep us informed of new listing until he was able to locate our unit.
