I had Chay help me sell my home, and it wasn’t in the easiest area of the city to sell. I was really impressed with his consistency and effort, especially since the process took longer than we expected. He kept working at it, brought in a lot of his own buyers, and actually ended up connecting us with one of his clients who bought the property. It worked out as a great win-win — we were able to move on, and they were happy to take on the project. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest.
