Just by chance, I visited Chaya's business in search of a talented jeweler who could transform my mother's wedding band into a special keepsake for my daughter. Chaya patiently walked me through the options of stone, setting, chain selection, etc. This all occurred during my initial visit on 12/9/24 and she delivered the finished product to me before Christmas, as requested. My wife's eternity wedding band needed to be sized. She wasn't able to wear it for the last couple of years. I was told if anyone could do it, Chaya could. She explained everything, gave a fair range of estimate and was able to do it. It came out great and my wife is very happy. I wouldn't hesitate to buy or have jewelry repaired or customized by Chaya! Working with Chaya was a breath of fresh air! My husband and I were very overwhelmed by the box store jeweler experience when we started looking for engagement rings. Chaya has been great throughout the entire experience. My fiancée and I met with her at her lovely studio, and she got us sized and discussed all of the different options for the engagement ring. She spoke openly and honestly about everything, and her warm and inviting personality made us feel very comfortable and sure that we wanted to get our rings from her. Chaya was wonderful for my fiancé’s engagement ring!! We met her at an art fair years ago and my partner tried on the ring, but wasn’t ready to buy it yet. We sent her a message recently and she was able to make it for us again according to what my fiancé wanted!! Once we picked out the diamond it was only a few weeks before the ring was in our hands and of COURSE she said YES!! It was such a wonderful experience overall I would buy from Chaya all over again!
