My experience with Chaya was exceptional. She was able to create a custom piece for my wife from some very meaningful items that I provided her. The short videos and pictures of the process along with her willingness to share different examples was beyond helpful. If you have a custom piece of jewelry in mind she’s the one.
Chaya could not meet promised timeline for engagement ring creation. I came to Chaya to have a custom engagement ring made in time for a Christmas proposal. I was told from our first face-to-face meeting that we could meet that timeline. I paid thousands up front to fund stone acquisition and for her to outsource CAD work.
