5 stars for Mr. Arun Chawla as we have used this office for over 20 years but 0 stars for his front desk staff person. The woman who I talked to this afternoon did not introduce herself and she was rude, and uses a tone that makes you feel you are bothering her. It seemed I interrupted her lunch as I could hear her chew and talk with food in her mouth! Worse company ever. So unorganized and will charge premium price. I would the last person to write a bad review to any business but they truly deserve it and I would like to help others. I've had so much patience and gave them multiple opportunities to fix the issues. Please do not ever engage this company for your tax returns.
