If I could have given less I would have. After the wreck they towed my vehicle, and proceeded to go through and steal everything I wasn't able to get. So in short they rob those who are in desperate need.

This provider was dispatched for a tow at 8:30pm at night as we had TWO flat tires. We were told 90 minutes. 2 hours later we contact our insurance again to check on the status of the tow truck, the insurance then tried calling the tow provider five times and received no answer and response. We also called the number provided and it rang once and went to someone’s personal voicemail. My vehicle was repaired here by sheer convenience and because of price. Regrettably, the low price was not worth it. Apparently back in June/July when my vehicle was there, they had lost their paint and body guy, first off, what paint and body shop only has 1 guy? That's odd in itself. They had my car, and gave me no updates, until I called about a week later and and they told me what was happening, that is unprofessional in and of itself. They were contacted by insurance roadside assistance. Two and one half hours later, one hour after initial eta, we were informed that they could not complete the task. Middle of bfe, car immobilized, a no up front would have been better.

it was an okay time here the only problem is when you go there the lady is always at lunch and she can't give you an estimate but when she did come finally and you catch her she did give me a good estimate although I did not choose them my visit there,well several visits. ...we're ok.
