This company was very timely with their price quote appointment. They gave a very fair price, and they were able to start the job immediately. The two men who worked on the trees were very hard workers. The cutter was very skilled and careful, and nothing landed on my house. The worker on the ground was quick and efficient, and didn’t stop moving once. The two giant trees in my very small backyard were gone within a couple of hours as promised. Well I will say they were very reasonable, the guys were great but who ever they have answering the phones is not on it. I had asked for a trimming for two palm trees and when he called me on Tuesday after they didn’t show up on our Saturday appointment he had no clue what we had talked about. Back on the day he gave me quote someone had driving by and saw the trees he called me back and gave me the quote. Then today he thought we where removing both palm trees. Made an appointment for an estimate. Never showed up. Three days later woman approaches me in my garage for an estimate. Agreed to price, made appointment and they never showed up. Loosers.
