Called about a roof inspection and maintenance on a roof they installed in 2005- said it would be a minimum charge of $250 - their employee came out and said that the roof was fine as far as he could see without removing the gravel on top. He spent under an hour on the roof - $250!!!! Not a value price 😬😬

Exceptional Roofing Maintenance During a roof inspection by the field supervisor for Chavez Roofing Company it was quickly observed that ALL of the skylights and canalies were improperly installed. The inspector noted that in this case it wasn't a matter of whether or not the skylights would fail, but rather a matter of when and how bad it would be when it happened.
