We will never use another plumber! Chavez plumbing has incredible customer service and a quick response time. They were willing to accommodate our requests to help reduce cost with performing some of the manual work, and they didn’t hesitate to help guide us as we asked questions about what to do. Great experience. Technician Francisco was the nicest guy and very professional. He walked me through the repairs he made and was very efficient with his time. I appreciated them having the replacement parts available in the truck so that no time was wasted driving to the hardware store. The lady I spoke with on the phone to confirm the appointment was also very polite. I would call them back to do future work in a heart beat.
