I have been a patient for approximately 10 or so years. I am totally satisfied with Dr. Chavez and his staff. He is totally honest (unlike many other dentists in the area). He doesn't fill teeth that don't need it (agian, unlike MANY dentists in the area). I can't imagine anyone having a problem with him. He's always on time and is easy to reach in an emergency. He has up-to-date equipment. He's extremely pleasant and really tries to accomodate is patients. Additionally, he teaches at the local college (COD). Such a really n... read more

Whenever I've gone there, it feels like they care more about money than they do about me. They're always recommending an expensive procedure that I really don't think I need. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing.
