This office is completely disorganized—do not expect to be seen on time, or even scheduled correctly. The staff is utterly incompetent and cannot manage something as basic as setting appointments. I called a week in advance to make an appointment, and when I followed up on the day of, they had no record of it. They claimed there was an opening and asked what time I could come in.
