We recently bought a 1910 row house fixer-upper in Boonton and knew the roofing system would need major attention. Exceptional service, clear communication, and great workmanship from Chavez Brothers Leak Detection. Johnathan managed our gutter installation and also spotted a roof issue caused by a bad satellite dish install. He explained the problem in simple terms, gave us a very fair estimate, and got the roofing repair done on time. Throughout the project, he was honest, reliable, and stayed on top of every detail. His quick responses and consistent updates made the whole process easy and stress free. It is hard to find this level of... read more
