They are quite rude. I am looking to buy a car and tried calling this place in order to get some information, only to be answered by a man with no proper etiquette, who proceeds to yell at me "Can you speak in Spanish, I don't know English!" Do yourself a favor and go with some professionals that know how to talk to you with respect. You are not going to get it at this place.
