If you are looking for healing and freedom through EMDR, you’ve found the right practitioner. I HIGHLY recommend Tori. She’s a compassionate guide and does an amazing job creating and hold a safe space for the process. When I came to her I was struggling - in survival mode with CPTSD, (flashbacks, panic attacks, heaviness and stiffness in my body) and in about six months I walked away in a level of freedom I didn’t think I’d regain for years. I've always been reluctant getting counseling. She made the process of me receiving help easy, seamless and very welcoming. I wouldn't be as mentally healthy as I am in my life if it wasn't for the guidance and direction given from Victoria. Please, do not be afraid of reaching out. Life is hard, receiving help shouldn't be.
