I would give Merrimack Vision Care in Merrimack zero stars! My college age son was billed for over $500, NOT including the $497 billed to insurance, for an eye exam and a pair of single vision lens glasses!! That is $998.50 total! Our previous optometrist's office took the time to go over the cost of services and options in products and detailed what the insurance would pay toward each, so that the patient could make an informed decision.
